At Mandara, a stunning curvilinear banquette and candlelight emanating from wall niches create a setting perfect for conversational tête-à-têtes and group functions alike. A section of Mandara replicates the atmosphere of a Moroccan retreat, and Balinese architectural elements add to the exotic ambience. Views of the cascading pool and the river enhance the intimate atmosphere.
Mandara offers dinner seating for couples and small groups in an intimate setting behind the bar. In the front of the restaurant, guests can enjoy tapas and a selection of local wines and cocktails.
