    Brillo di Treviso (Veneto): A cow milk cheese from the ‘drunken’ family, matured in red wine.

    Chilli Pecorino from Pienza (Toscana): An ewe’s milk cheese with bits of chilli pepper, resulting in a rich, pleasant flavour.

    Blu di Langa (Piedmont): A three milk blue cheese with sheep, cow and goat milk.

    A selection of all six: Served with orchard pear mustard and biscuit selection.
