What business amenities do you offer?
The Hotel has a Business Centre, open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. It includes four meeting rooms, two with beautiful views of the Nile, to accommodate 6 to 12 guests. Each meeting room is equipped with a 55-inch plasma screen with the option to connect with the laptop, stationary box and coffee break upon request. Three Internet stations equipped with 32-inch touch screens are available in addition to a private station equipped with a computer and a printer. Available for rent in the Business Centre: one multi-function printer for scanning, emailing, faxing, color printing, two laptops, one laser printer, one Wi-Fi device and mobile lines. For business events, we offer 1,925 square metres (20,721 square feet) of function space including two large ballrooms and five smaller meeting rooms. Our dedicated meeting coordinators will assist with all of your event-planning needs.
How can I plan a special event?
The Hotel's main ballroom can accommodate a sit-down dinner for up to 700 guests for weddings, while our more intimate meeting rooms are the ideal spaces for conferences of up to 70 guests. Private dinners for up to 30 people can also be hosted at one of our on-site restaurants. Please contact the Hotel directly to get in touch with one of our Wedding Specialists or Conference Services Managers, who will be happy to assist you with all your event-planning needs.
What are the parking options at the Hotel?
Our guests can make use of our daily valet parking for USD 7 per hour or USD 32 per day. A self-parking option is available for USD 5 per hour or USD 23 per day.
What are my travel options from the airport to the property?
From the airport, we can arrange a private transfer directly to the Hotel, which is about 45 minutes away. Limousine and taxi services are also available. Please call the Concierge for directions or applicable fees. For "meet and assist" service, an airport representative will guide guests through passport control and then to our Four Seasons greeter. Fee applies. For exclusive service, VIP lounge guests of Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza who arrive by air may relax in the airport VIP Hall and enjoy a beverage and snacks while their passport and customs work is finalized and their luggage collected. Couples are sure to enjoy specially tailored spa treatments in our Royal Suite, equipped a private steam room, whirlpool and relaxation area. Private dinners can be arranged at our Chinese or Italian restaurants with breathtaking views of the Nile. Romantic in-room dining can be arranged in the guest's room as well.

Yes, our Fitness Centre, which has a wirlpool, sauna, steam room, free weights, and studio classes, operates 24 hours a day with fitness attendants on hand at all times.
