Our on-site expert will work with you or your wedding consultant to reserve your dates, plan the schedule of events and activities in Cairo, coordinate all food and beverage details from menu design to linens, and guide you through your entire wedding experience at the Hotel.

Public Areas Available for Pictures

We have a number of areas available for wedding pictures on the Hotel grounds as well as ideas for pictures next to nearby landmarks. We'll work with you or you and your photographer to get the perfect shot. Here's some inspiration:

• The Baby Grand Staircase: a double staircase connecting the 3rd and 2nd floors
• The Banquet Foyer Area: Empire style paravant, low ceiling room with elegant flower display
• Private banquet room "Palm" or the private foyer of "Palm"

Flowers

We're pleased to assist you, either alone or with the florist of your choice. We can also make arrangements with our favorite floral designers, or the florist of your choice. We can also help you com up with themes and matching décor specific to your wedding.

Cakes

Our talented in-house Pastry Chef can create a beautiful customised wedding cake in the flavour of your choice. If you have a photograph of a special cake, we're happy to recreate it.

Menu Creations

We pride ourselves on our culinary creativity, and offer an extensive array of menus to choose from. Or, we can completely custom-design a menu for you, along with your choice of beverages. Whatever the wedding event, whether an intimate family brunch, a sophisticated buffet or a grand reception banquet, our team will assist you or your bridal consultant from planning to execution.

Linens and Tabletop Décor

You can count on us as a basic level of superior linens, cutlery, china and glassware for all banquet tables. Special colours, patterns or designs may be obtained for a nominal rental fee.

Entertainment

We're happy to provide a list of entertainment services to enhance your wedding celebrations such as a DJ or band.

Transportation

At your request, we can arrange local transportation for you or your visiting guests.

Fitness and Spa Services

A wedding can be a stressful time. While you are guests of Four Seasons, you are invited to make use of our on-site fitness facilities, with our compliments.

You may also wish to book a restful massage or rejuvenating aromatherapy treatment.
