Open 24 hours a day, our 895-square-metre (9,639 square-foot) fitness centre is equipped with a range of high-tech cardiovascular training equipment complete with individual audiovisual monitors and personal headsets. We also have an extensive range of weight-training machines and free weights. Personal trainers are available, as well as a private ladies-only fitness room featuring the latest equipment.
