Cairo International Airport serves 52 airlines and is 25 kilometres (16 miles) northeast of the centre of Cairo.

Tourist information is open 24 hours a day and is located in the arrivals hall just past immigration.

Tourist Police (identified by their white armbands) are a good source of information and are always accessible to assist arriving passengers.

Car rental is available at the airport, and Hotel limousines can be arranged on request. The best way to commute between the airport and the Hotel or city is by Hotel limousine.

Four Seasons personnel will greet you before you go through customs and passport control.

Service includes the following:

• Relax in the VIP lounge while your passport and customs work is finalised and your luggage is collected; exit the airport from the VIP lounge.
• Travel in a private car with welcome amenities that include cold water, candies, refreshing towels, newspapers and our In-Room Dining menu.
• Upon arrival at the Hotel, you will be met by a Hotel guest relations representative or an Assistant Manager.

Transportation to and from the airport is available using the limousine services provided by the Hotel. Charges are determined based on distance.

Travel anywhere in the city – to a restaurant or on a shopping excursion – using the Hotel's Rolls Royce Phantom and driver. Advance reservations are recommended.
