Music and entertainment

The Hotel's conference specialists can create events with an international theme or with a distinctively Central European flair. Parties may focus on a Viennese, Hungarian folk, River Danube or baroque theme, accompanied by the music of famous Hungarian composers such as Bartók and Liszt.

Receiving and maintenance

The Hotel features a full-service shipping and receiving office. All packages should be sent to the attention of the Conference Services Manager or Sales Manager along with the conference name and date. Limited space is available for the storage of large items. Please time shipping to the date of arrival.

The Engineering Department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.

Welcome amenities and VIP gifts

Special arrangements can be made for clients to purchase welcome amenities for their VIP guests. The Conference Services Manager will be happy to assist in these arrangements. Possibilities range from bottles of Hungarian wine to world-renowned hand-painted Herend porcelain, local wood handicrafts and CDs of Hungarian music.

Family programmes

The Hotel offers a perfect base for families visiting the city, and extends an especially warm welcome to children 12 years of age and under. Complimentary cribs and child-sized bathrobes are available, and the Hotel's Concierge will help children and their parents with appropriate suggestions to create special memories for the entire family. Possibilities range from a cruise along the Danube to a trip on the Children's Railway. From time to time, special children's events within the Hotel (such as treasure hunts) will be organised.
