Fitness facilities
The 44-foot (13-metre) heated indoor pool, whirlpool, steamrooms and saunas at the Hotel’s extensive Health Club and Spa are ideal places to unwind. The energy-building cardiovascular room is equipped with StairMasters and Precor treadmills with integrated televisions and headphones. Precor stationary bikes, Precor elliptical trainers, and Cybex weight equipment are provided for strength training. Or jog beside the scenic Charles River; Four Seasons Hotel Boston provides jogging maps, towels and bottled water upon your return. The Fitness Centre is available to guests 12 years and older.
