In-Room DiningFour Seasons In-Room Dining is a fine dining experience within the comfort and convenience of your guest room or suite. Choose from Executive Chef Brook Vosika's extensive menu — day or night — that is ideal for time-zone-hopping travellers, impromptu meetings or for quiet, private dining.
SpecialtiesThe breakfast menu includes nutritionally balanced options such as freshly squeezed juice, a cholesterol-free frittata and multi-grain pancakes. The menu offers a wide selection of traditional breakfast items, as well as an alternative breakfast. The all-day menu includes fun favourites, such as boneless Buffalo chicken tenders while the homestyle menu includes comfort food such as baked meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes and beer-battered fish and chips. Snacks and treats are available throughout the day and evening from the snack menu. Hot and cold hors d'oeuvres are available from the hospitality menu and for those on the go, the meals to go menu offers convenient, healthy or decadent meals. The late night menu offers a selection of items found on the all-day dining menu throughout the night. The inspired selection of healthy options and vegetarian selections include wild mushroom and asparagus risotto and tomato fennel soup. Our children's menu features breakfast, lunch and dinner selections, as well as special treats such as brownie sundaes and ice-cream floats.
