Technical assistance
With state-of-the-art audiovisual facilities in each of the meeting rooms, our facilities can easily adapt from a high-tech meeting to a formal dinner. The rooms also offer wired and wireless high-speed Internet access, windows with full blackout drapery to ensure good image quality during presentations and an audio system that delivers sound of the highest quality. The ballroom is accessible to vehicles.
Music and entertainment
We will be happy to arrange any type of music or entertainment for guest events. Complimentary background music is provided in our meeting facilities.
Receiving and maintenance
For easy customs clearance, all packages should be sent to the attention of Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus and its owner, Atik Pasa Turizm A.S., rather than to the name of a guest or party.
