Kosher cuisine
The Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills (A Four Seasons Hotel) offers a dedicated kosher kitchen and catering. With over 25 years of combined experience in managing kosher weddings, we are skilled and knowledgeable in the preparation and serving of kosher food. Our chefs create inventive, colourful and delicious kosher alternatives to traditional specialties. We will work with you and your family to ensure that each nuance of protocol is adhered to properly.
Beverages
Our extensive wine list draws on the best of California’s renowned wine regions, the Napa and Sonoma valleys, in addition to a collection of wines from around the world. Organic wines are available, and we are pleased to custom order vintages on request.
After-party
When the celebration extends late into the evening, guests may enjoy butler-passed sweet or savoury treats.
Cakes and other desserts
Our pastry chef will meet with you to help select the style and flavour of your wedding cake. You may choose from an extensive menu of popular cakes, or we can create a customised cake that complements your wedding theme or incorporates personal elements in the design. Our catering team can help create a spectacular wedding cake to turn your vision into reality, often starting with just an idea – a sketch, photo or colour scheme – and can provide inspiration for these masterful creations.
Additional dessert options include dessert tapas, Viennese dessert buffets and midnight snack tables. Takeaway truffle treasure boxes or fresh-baked cookies provide a sweet ending to your celebration.
