The elegant Ballroom is conveniently laid out on two levels. A formal stage and backstage area can accommodate large bands, while the area in front of the stage accommodates seating for dinner and features a large permanent dance floor. Additional guest seating can be placed on the upper level. Each table offers clear views of the stage and dance floor from anywhere in the room. A coat-check room is also available.

The Wintergarden is the Ballroom’s reception area. Located immediately inside the main doors to the Ballroom, at the same height as its upper level, the Wintergarden surrounds the well. It is a private area for your guests to mingle for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres before the curtains open to reveal the Ballroom, set for dinner.

Located on the mezzanine level, directly above the main lobby, the Boardroom is a wood-panelled room with a gorgeous oak. The table, seating eight, is equipped with high-back leather chairs. A marble credenza for refreshment service is available, as is a drop-down screen.

Located on the mezzanine level, directly above the Beverly Wing lobby, the Bordeaux Room offers connecting doors to the Burgundy Room for added convenience.

This elegant meeting room offers marble credenzas, perfect for a refreshment display. Wood-panelled doors frame the length of the room and allow convenient access to the connecting Boardroom. A coatroom is available.

Le Grand Trianon features three arched windows allowing natural light to cascade into the room and is the ideal spot for traditional wedding ceremonies and dinners. Wood panels frame the space, which also features a large built-in sunken dance floor, offering each table a clear view of room. Additionally, a stage offers the perfect backdrop for a band and/or baby grand piano. Le Grand Trianon connects to the Le Petit Trianon or the Rodeo Terrace is easily accessible via a nearby staircase. Private washrooms and a coat-check room are also available.

Lined with lush greenery, the Rodeo Terrace is the perfect setting for a wedding or special event. Equipped for a reception and ceremony, breathtaking views of Rodeo Drive will create lasting memories and magical moments.

The Royal Suite is a one-of-a-kind event venue featuring 4,000 square feet (372 square metres) of luxurious space for entertaining and offers an unusual yet spectacular backdrop for wedding and receptions. The suite features a living room with fireplace, dining room which seats ten, wood-panelled library with fireplace and an entertainment room with built-in bar.

From a 2,500 square foot (232 square metre) terrace, which is ideal for receptions, enjoy panoramic views of Beverly Hills, Century City and the Hollywood Hills. Indoors, floor-to-ceiling windows from the living area commands sweeping views of Los Angeles.
