An intoxicatingly aromatic scrub, this original Mandara recipe is made from locally grown coffee beans and natural volcanic pumice. Fresh carrots blended in a jelly are then used to rub the body. The treatment provides a stimulating and refreshing cleanse for the whole body, rejuvenating the skin and arousing the senses.

This traditional Javanese beauty treatment, using a blend of powdered spices and sweet woods, will soften and refine your skin as it gently exfoliates. Cool yoghurt is then applied to the body to further soften and nourish the skin.

Tamarind body blast

An age-old beauty treatment, inspired by Thai use of the tamarind fruit as a whitening agent. The skin is exfoliated, nourished, revitalised and protected with a mixture of tamarind, ground, unpolished brown rice (rich in B vitamins), yoghurt and honey.

Body wraps

Elemis coconut and milk ritual wrap

A warmed skin-nourishing milk bath is poured all over your body before you are cocooned in a comforting foil wrap or unique dry float. This exotic and opulent therapy is excellent for smoothing and softening the skin. The treatment is combined with a pressure point facial massage and de-stress scalp treatment.

Elemis aroma spa ocean wrap

Let your thoughts drift away with one of these seaweed wrap treatments that detoxify and cleanse the body, inside and out. A warm seaweed body mask combined with a blend of essential oils is applied before you are cocooned in a comforting foil wrap. Choose from:

Cellutox aroma spa ocean wrap: A detoxifying blend of juniper and lemon essential oils decongests and stimulates the body. Excellent for improving the dimpled appearance of cellulite and reducing fluid retention.

Musclease aroma spa ocean wrap: A warming blend of pine and rosemary essential oils helps ease the pain of rheumatism, arthritis, muscle spasm and fatigue.
