Conference Planning
The Ballroom measures 814 square metres (8,762 square feet), has an additional pre-function area of 134 square metres (1,442 square feet) and accommodates up to 450 for banquet or 1,000 for cocktail receptions. Conference facilities are also available for smaller groups of 10 to 250 people. Fifteen additional dedicated meeting rooms are available on the main and mezzanine levels.
Technical assistance
Meeting spaces at the Hotel are fully equipped to support the most technologically demanding presentations, with advanced lighting, audiovisual and staging capabilities. Telecommunications and electrical hook-ups are designed to meet or exceed industry standards. Voltage is 220.

Receiving and maintenance
The Hotel features a full-service shipping and receiving office. All packages should be sent to the attention of your group's name and the conference services manager.
The packages will be stored in the Bell Captain's storage area. Limited space is available for storage of large items. Please arrange shipping to coordinate with the date of your arrival.
Receiving dock
The Ballroom has its own loading dock. Please contact the receiving department or your conferences services manager regarding delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment.
Post-conference shipping
Shipping of post-conference materials may be coordinated through your conference services manager.
Maintenance
The engineering department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.
