Experienced The Ballroom measures 482 metres (5,190 square feet), has an additional pre-function area of 134 square metres (1,442 square feet) and accommodates up to 330 for banquet or 800 for cocktail receptions. Conference facilities are also available for smaller groups of 10–250 people. Twelve dedicated meeting rooms for board meetings and smaller conferences are available on the main and mezzanine levels. Music and entertainmentThe Hotel will gladly provide assistance with the coordination of music, themed décor and/or entertainment for your meeting or banquet. Receiving and maintenanceThe Hotel features a full-service shipping and receiving office. All packages should be sent to the attention of your group's name and the Conference Services Manager. The packages will be stored in the Bell Captain's storage area. Limited space is available for storage of large items. Please arrange shipping to coordinate with the date of your arrival.
