Dressed in traditional Thai uniforms, friendly staff are ready to assist with menu selections and will tailor each dish to the desired degree of spice. Guests can watch the art of traditional delicate Thai fruit and vegetable carving performed each evening by one of the skilled staff. Spice Market is open for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. For the brunch, guests can choose their dining venue – Spice Market, Madison or Aqua – and enjoy food from the live cooking and buffet stations set around Parichart Court and inside Madison.
