Shintaro

Shintaro, which means "new vision," is an innovative Japanese neighbourhood sushi bar with a casual feel. The restaurant's main attraction is the long sushi bar, designed to be interactive and informal. A wide selection of sake and Japanese beer is also served. Seats 64, including a tatami-style private dining room.

Specialties

Featuring the freshest available fish from Japan, America and Australia, the menu offers traditional styles of sushi, sashimi, noodle and tempura dishes with contemporary and artistic presentations. Set menus for a busy luncheon schedule offer excellent value.
