California BistroThis bright and airy restaurant serves bistro-inspired cuisine on alfresco terraces overlooking the pristine fairways of our golf course. SpecialtiesOur chefs combine the culinary comfort of a modern bistro with market-fresh ingredients indigenous to the area's fruitful terrain and bountiful waters. Inspired by French tradition, the dinner menu offers locally produced daily fresh vegetables, seafood and specially selected free-range, grain-fed meats. An extensive wine list emphasises selections from California's Central Coast north to the Napa Valley. A children's menu is offered to guests between the ages of 5 and 12.
