Menus
Perfect for board meetings or social gatherings, Executive Chef Pierre Albaladejo has created specific menus for groups of 5-35 people. Offering both exceptional quality and value, these menus include breakfast, lunch and specialty breaks. Our goal is to offer meeting planners a diverse selection of menus that are perfect for any size event.

Four Seasons Resort Aviara's unique meeting spaces include several smaller rooms complete with adjacent terraces and patios for break-out sessions or lunch.
Meeting Set-ups
The Presidential Set
Executive leather chairs, leather-bound blotters with Four Seasons pens, chilled still or sparkling water pre-set for each attendee, mixed dried fruit and nuts and a daily newspaper for each attendee. $45 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.

The Chairman Set
All items from the "Presidential Set" plus a bowl of morning-fresh whole seasonal fruit, pre-set Altoid Tins for each attendee and a seasonal floral arrangement. $60 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.

Since opening in 1997,
Four Seasons Resort Aviara has embraced a green culture while providing superior guest service. We incorporate innovative sustainability policies with low-carbon, local produce suppliers while maintaining a luxurious experience that guests have come to expect from
Four Seasons. Meeting set-ups include visible recycling bins, biodegradable meeting materials and the elimination of bottled waters. Optional services include donating unused food to local charities and paperless meeting agendas.
