![]() VivaceOur signature Italian restaurant offers dining in a casual yet sophisticated atmosphere, by the fireplace or under the stars. A trendy wine bar, Brioso, features 30 different wines by the glass, modern Italian music and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Pacific Ocean. This restaurant seats 112 guests indoors and 30 on the outside terrace. An intimate semi-private dining room seats up to 14 guests. SpecialtiesHighlights include a crispy branzino with saffron-braised fennel, marjoram, olives with a blood orange citronette. A wood-fired Guinea Hen breast with organic soft polenta and butternut squash sugo. Another unique offering is the bistecca tagliata for two. This dry-aged, 40-ounce bone-in sirloin is wood-fired and finished with a garlic-infused olive oil and sea salt. Pasta and risotto creations include a hand-cut pappardele bolognese, black spaghetti with rock shrimp and calabrese sausage, and carnaroli risotto with Maine lobster and basil.
