Overview

The Resort’s 329 guest rooms and suites are located in a Spanish colonial-style low-rise building designed to harmonise with the surrounding landscape. Each spacious room opens to a private balcony or ground-level landscaped terrace from which guests can enjoy Aviara’s natural beauty. Most rooms offer distant views of the Pacific Ocean or Batiquitos Lagoon, while others overlook the gardens, swimming pools and golf greens.

Each room has an oversized marble bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate glass-enclosed shower. Every suite offers either two large balconies or an expansive landscaped terrace. Technological enhancements in all accommodations bear the thoughtful hallmarks of Four Seasons, including wireless Internet access and web/interactive plasma televisions.

Bright and airy, the architecture of the 240 villas of Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara also takes its cue from the Spanish colonial era. These spacious vacation homes are decorated in casually elegant California style, with fireplaces, open-plan kitchens and dining areas, large windows and multiple balconies.
