California Bistro

This bright and airy restaurant serves bistro-inspired cuisine on alfresco terraces overlooking the pristine fairways of our golf course. Seats 140 people indoors and 35 on the outdoor terrace.

Specialties

Our chefs combine the culinary comfort of a modern bistro with market-fresh local ingredients indigenous to the area's fruitful terrain and bountiful waters. Inspired by French tradition, the dinner menu offers locally produced daily fresh vegetables, seafood and specially selected free-range, grain-fed meats. An extensive wine list emphasises selections from California's Central Coast north to the Napa Valley. A children's menu is offered to guests between the ages of 5 and 12.
