VivaceOur signature Italian restaurant offers interpretations of regional cuisine. The atmosphere is subtly sophisticated, with a fireplace and views of the golf course and cliffs overlooking the ocean, which you can enjoy while dining on our terrace or at a window-side table. SpecialtiesVivace is proud to offer one of the most comprehensive Italian wine lists in Southern California, featuring some of Italy's greatest wines as well as some hidden gems from lesser known regions of the country. All pastas are house-made daily, using only organic ingredients. Some favourites include lobster spaghetti, black pepper fettuccine and the sensational risotto al osso bucco with braised pork shank and fava beans. Events and promotionsThe Wine Club Vivace offers a special four-course menu with selections for each course. A special three-course menu is available for children ages 6 to 12. Available from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. USD 95.00 for adults; USD 38.00 for children. Applicable taxes and gratuity are excluded. Ring in the new year with a special five-course menu with choices. Party favours are included, and all dinner guests are invited to join in the New Year’s Eve celebration in the Lobby Lounge after dinner. Seatings are available between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm. USD 160.00 per person, exclusive of applicable taxes and gratuity.
