Receiving and maintenance

The Hotel features a full-service shipping and receiving office. All packages should be sent to the attention of a group’s name and its conference service manager. Packages will be stored in a separate conference storage area. Limited space is available for the storage of large items. Please time shipping to the date of your arrival.

Post-conference shipping

Shipping of post-conference materials may be coordinated through your conference service manager.

Receiving dock

Please contact the receiving department or your conference service manager to schedule time for delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment.

Maintenance

Four Seasons is committed to operating Austin’s finest property in a manner that protects and conserves the natural resources and environment that we are fortunate to live, play and work in. Understanding the desire for meeting planners to incorporate environmentally responsible components into their events, we employ a number of innovative policies and procedures to help you create a successful, yet sustainable meeting experience, including:

  • Officially a Zero Waste hotel since 2013 – the first in Texas – we offer guests the opportunity to participate in our composting efforts in their room, a key component that helps us achieve 90% diversion of trash from the landfill annually. 
  • Our comprehensive recycling program is in effect in both guest and meeting rooms and includes everything from paper and cardboard to glass, food grease, soaps and toiletries. 
  • Guests are automatically enrolled in our Eco-Luxe program, which reduces waste associated with the replacement of linens and towels during multi-night visits. While guests may opt-out, we find most do not. 
  • Banquet menus offer several locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, with the ability to customize menus even further if organic or vegan dishes are desired.
