A private dining room with seating for up to 16 people is ideal for special events and occasions that call for an intimate setting. Guests may also soak in picturesque views of Lady Bird Lake while dining on TRIO's outdoor terrace. Seats 127 indoors, 66 outdoors.

TRIO's menu is anchored by the classics – prime steaks, fresh seafood and fine wine. Executive Chef Elmar Prambs' emphasis on local and seasonal ingredients ensures only the freshest, most flavourful dishes, from expertly prepared entrées to inventive side dishes, appetisers and desserts. An extensive wine list created by award-winning sommelier Mark Sayre features well-known favourites along with many unique and rare wines.

Sunday brunch – widely referred to as Austin's best – features an expansive buffet, including eggs Benedict; carving, griddle and omelette stations; fresh seafood and salads; traditional breakfast selections; and a decadent dessert bar.
