Its open kitchen offers a sumptuous buffet, featuring Arabic mezzah and a wide selection of international specialties. Capacity is 85 indoors, 36 outdoors (May through September).

One of Seasons' specialties is braised lamb shank with saffron rice.
Seasons features a one-of-a-kind culinary journey every Friday. Guests are invited to join the chefs in the kitchen to choose their favourite grilled meat and seafood, order sushi or watch their pasta being prepared.
