Spanning three separate facilities, including an exclusive section just for women, our fitness centre comes equipped with some of the Middle East's most advanced technology.
Our Kinesis Wall is a specialised circuit training system which offers 400 separate movements and more than 250 exercises to choose from. The result is a program that is always fresh and challenging. You can also take an aerobics class or work out with one of personal trainers, with the option to monitor and adjust your fitness program for fitness centre members. For something different, try a game of squash in the adjacent squash court – with a coach for partner-play or lessons. Advance reservation is required, and fees apply. To refresh and rehydrate, complete your exercise routine with a healthy drink.
