Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano is a wonderful base for your family, whether yours is just beginning, all grown-up or at any stage in between. We go out of our way to make our youngest guests feel welcome, and our resourceful Concierge is always close at hand to make reservations for a family dinner, offer suggestions for tomorrow's outing or help arrange a babysitter. Children under 18 can share their parents' room at no extra charge.

Children's amenities

Before your stay, simply provide us with the names and ages of the children in your party so that we can be prepared with:

• A welcome amenity for our youngest guests
• Child-size bathrobes
• Baby and children's toiletries
• Children's menus in our restaurants

Upon request, and subject to availability:

• Items to childproof guest rooms
• Cribs and/or rollaway bed(s) subject to maximum occupancy
• Use of movies, colouring books, video game units and games
• Use of baby bathtubs, blankets, bottles and bottle warmers
• For added convenience, the Hotel can assist with the pre-purchase of special items

Babysitting services

With three hours notice, we can arrange reliable babysitting services for your little ones. We will do anything possible to accommodate requests with shorter notice. Note that there is an hourly fee for this service. Please contact the Concierge for details.

Kids For All Seasons

Our complimentary Kids For All Seasons programme is professionally organised and supervised, aiming to create memorable and educational experiences for young children in a casual, fun environment.

Most activities are carried out in the "Alex the Camel Kids Club" or at the children's pool area. Indoor, children have access to a pool table, television and DVD player, playstation and computers, while games can be organised outdoor in or around the pool. Children aged under four are welcome to take part in activities if accompanied by an adult guardian.
