Paris is no longer burning, not since the recent ban on lighting up in public places. But a lot more has changed than just the blue haze hanging over the city's restaurants and bars. Presented on a glass tray with a flourish of chocolate "smoke" wisps, the cigars were created by master chocolatier Jean Paul Hévin.
